9.0Very nice hotel in a great location with stores and other shops nearby. Super nice outdoor pool.
− The bedroom was a bit small, but the living room area/kitchen were spacious.

9.0I like this hotel very clean and spacious for my 5 grandbabies.. they loved the pool.
− I didn't like the kitchen...other Extended stay have a full kitchen meaning all kitchen utensils are available. Here at Homewood didn't have enough utensils and pots or cooking tools.
Honors Guest Experience
2.0I arrived at this hotel early. It took forever for me to get into my room. It seemed as if there was a staffing issue. At 3:02 pm rooms were not ready and there were multiple other couples waiting to check-in that arrived after me. Even after asking the front desk if there was a staffing shortage I was told “Ma’am we only start check-in at 3pm.” However it’s more likely going to be after 4 pm. Poor service
