9.0Stanza grande ed estremamente pulita. Personale gentile e accogliente, spazi comuni accoglienti, caratteristici e confortevoli. Assolutamente consigliato! Abbiamo soggiornato in famiglia con tre figli e siamo stati benissimo!

9.0Quiet hostel in a great location. Comfy bed. Can’t drink water from tap in room but available 24/7 in reception.
− Could use some black out blinds or curtains, especially in summer.
Decent option for a short stay
7.0The room was good for a one-night stay; it provided the basic stuff needed to recharge. The bathroom was fine. The people at the reception were very nice and provided all the necessary details. I enjoyed the location as well. Overall, it was worth it.
− The biggest problem was the beds overall, which were not so comfortable. The room was also a little dusty; my nose was immediately upset, but it was nothing major. The alarm also went off in the middle of the night and stopped, so I never understood why.

Full payment for all bookings will be charged at the time of booking. All major credit & debit cards are accepted, excluding American Express.
All bookings will include a temporary membership fee per person per night. (Full, existing members of Hosteling Scotland and HI using these channels are not entitled to a membership refund.)
Individual reservations for up to 9 guests can be canceled free of charge until 3 days before the arrival date. If canceled within the 3 days before the arrival, the total price will be charged.
When booking for more than 9 guests, different policies and additional supplements may apply. More than 8 weeks (57 days or more), 20% of the total cost. 8 to 4 weeks (56-29 days): 55% of total cost. 4 to 0 weeks (28 - 0 days) 100% of total cost.
Should guests be entitled to a refund or partial refund, please note that these are processed by Hosteling Scotland National Office, Stirling. It may take 7 to 10 working days from the date of the cancelation request for the refund to be processed back onto the original card used.
