5.0Location was scenic with private beach. The staff in the dining room was great with accommodating my daughter's allergies.
− The front desk staff need to be more warm and provide accurate information. For example, we were told that the show was canceled and when we returned later, the show was in progress. The facility needs some TLC. It is run down and in need of renovation. For example, rooms numbers falling off the door, wall paper peeling, basket ball and tennis courts look abandoned, my toilet sweat and ran continuously resulting in a soaked bathroom floor.. if you are going to call yourself a resort, you need resort type activities and entertainment.
