Pleasant Property, but Obstructed by High-Pressure Sales
6.0The resort property itself is well-maintained and provides a pleasant stay. However, the experience is severely compromised by the concierge desk's operations. Rather than serving guests' needs, this desk functions primarily as a hub for persistent, high-pressure timeshare solicitations. These interactions continue even after clear verbal refusals, which creates an intrusive environment. It appears this is a systemic feature of the resort’s management model. While the facilities are of high quality, the aggressive sales culture significantly detracts from the value of the stay.

9.0Perfect location for walking all over Oceanside beach area.
− We wait 1 hour and 15 minutes after check in time because our room wasn’t ready. Our luggage was being stored while we waited. We asked it to be brought to the room once it was ready. We waited 40 minutes. Got it ourselves. The valet said he was never notified to bring it yo us. Timeshare members helped before nonmembers it appeared.
