9.0Die ruhige Lage des Hotels am Rennsteig und damit der Blick aus dem Restaurant sind traumhaft, verschiedene Wanderwege in unmittelbarer Nähe, ein tolles Frühstück.
Als Geschäftsreisender sind meine Belange nun unbefriedigten abgedeckt, so dass ich Alteenativen suchen werde.
5.0Die Lage ist sehr ruhig und der Ausblick erholsam.
− Kein Wasser im Zimmer, und für die Spätanreise auch kein Automat o.ä. um den Durst nach längerer Anreise zu stillen. Absolut unüblich und ärgerlich ist - ohne klare Ankündigung- für den Zimmerservice 15 Euro zu berechnen. Das ist nicht üblich und keineswegs in Ordnung. Bei 3 Übernachtungen muss einmal ein Zimmerservice gemacht und im Preis inbegriffen sein.
