8.0The staff. Every single staff member I dealt with was exceptional. They did everything they could go ensure a smooth stay. The restaurant. I got a room service dinner and it was absolutely perfect. Also had breakfast in the restaurant and it was great too.

10.0The free shuttle service, front desk staff were helpful and really nice. The room and bathroom was clean. Location was great, especially since I had a 6am flight the next morning. They answered my call (before midnight) and booked me in for shuttle service straight away for 3.45am Driver even explains each terminal destinations and helps with luggage. Shops and eateries closeby. I paid just under $150 for the night with booking.com online price deals. Worth it!!!
