1.0The rooms were not ready when I came to check in at 6 o clock. We had to wait and hour for our room and was late to the concert.
− No accommodations , short staffed poor customer service

− The bathtub was dirty other person hairs was in it you csn tell it wasn't clean by the dirt atound the tub ad well plus there was no extra tissue what was on the roll was just a little we had to use the kleenex we only stayed one night cause when we got there it eas a rush just to change our clothes fo to the concert not realizing the next morning how things were in the bathrooms
