2.0I wish I didn't have to write the review I am because I feel like the Oxford Suites has a lot going for it with their on site restaurant with a free cocktail an all you can eat soup and salad and a hot breakfast. They also have an indoor heated pool and water front views but my experience was not so good. I booked the room through Trivago that was offering a water view King suite. Even with the discount it was a good chunk of change but my day wasn't going great and this was an unplanned trip so I thought it was worth it until I got my key and realized my "water view" was of the parking lot. When I approached the desk clerk about it he told me it wasn't booked as a water view. I looked at my reservation and sure enough the reservation didn't include the water view notation. I had taken a picture of the details but the website has technology that doesn't let you take pictures so it was blank. We ended up with a room at the end of the hallway next to the parking lot with car doors slamming next to the ice room and the exit so we were woken up all night long with the heavy fire proof doors slamming all night long and to top it off my coffee cup was dirty which I found out when I finished the last sip. Not happy.
