Heel lekker eten en veel keuze. Comfortabele kamer en gemakkelijke bedden. Zwembad was fantastisch, groot en gemakkelijk om in te stappen. Ook overal niet te diep wat goed was voor mijn man die niet kan zwemmen. Leuke poolbar om iets te drinken in het zwembad. Goede massage in de hamam. Vriendelijk personeel over het algemeen. De service om de drankjes aan tafel te brengen was goed. De show in de avond was heel goed gedaan.

− Bij sommige van het personeel sprak je beter engels dan turks want dan kreeg je een betere bediening. De live muziek hoefde niet voor mij want het was heel vals waardoor ik elke avond naar de kamer ben gaan lopen. Spijtig dat er ook geen turkse avond was. Geef de toeristen ook wat turkse cultuur mee dan weten ze dat ze in turkije zijn. Ook spijtig dat er niets speciaal is gedaan ondanks dat we hadden vermeld in een bericht dat het onze huwelijksverjaardag was. Er stond ook in de reservering gratis fles wijn maar die hebben we ook niet gezien. Dit hebben we niet gezegd omdat alle dranken overal toch gratis waren. De hamam was goed maar niet halal voor mijn dochter die een hoofddoek droeg. Het personeel waren allemaal vrouwen zoals ze zeiden maar er liepen mannen rond waar ze moest voorbij gaan in een paar handdoeken.

We stayed at Arum Barut for one week in late May this year, and we had a truly wonderful experience. We would like to thank Room Manager Emre Erdem, who gave us a warm introduction to the hotel and personally showed us our room. From the very first moment we stepped inside Arum Barut, he made us feel genuinely welcome and at home. His hospitality set the tone for a fantastic vacation. A very special thank you to Meltem İleri from Guest Relations. She was incredibly kind, patient, and professional, always taking the time to help us with every request. We truly appreciated her warmth, attentiveness, and genuine care throughout our stay. Another heartfelt thank you goes to Irina from Guest Relations. Every day she greeted us with such kindness, warmth, and positive energy. She always made sure everything was perfect and that we were enjoying our stay. Her caring attitude made our holiday even more special. And finally, a big thank you to Ömer Çelik from the Pool Bar (I hope I read his name badge correctly!). He was truly the highlight of every visit to the bar. Whether I stopped by for a latte or a small bowl of nuts, he always welcomed me with a genuine smile, brightened my day, and somehow made every little coffee break feel special. It's people like Ömer who transform excellent service into heartfelt hospitality and leave guests looking forward to returning. Thank you to the entire Arum Barut team for making our stay so memorable. We left with wonderful memories and sincerely hope to return again in the future.

We had a great stay at Arum Barut Collection and really enjoyed our holiday. The hotel was very clean, the food was excellent, and all the staff were kind and welcoming. We were travelling with our little boy, and everyone was so helpful. We really appreciated the help with sterilising his bottles, the fruit that was sent to our room, and the late check-out before we left. It was also nice to meet Mr. Serdar, cluster general manager. He is very nice man. Thank you to everyone for making our stay so enjoyable. We hope to come back again.
