− Não gostei do tamanho das toalhas de praia, são muito pequenas. Infelizmente a reposição de água no quarto também não é generosa, uma garrafa por dia é pouco.

10.0Our stay was absolutely wonderful. The hotel is beautiful, our room was spacious with an amazing view, the food was varied and delicious, and all the staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming. A special thank you to the reception team for their kindness and professionalism, and to the bartender Angelo S., who makes the best cocktails! We would also like to express our sincere gratitude to Marta, the Guest Service Manager, for her exceptional care, attentiveness, and for making every guest feel truly valued. We only wish we could have stayed longer. We will definitely come back!

− Não foi autorizado ter um convidado para o pequeno almoço mesmo pagando, com justificação de elevada taxa de ocupação. Dois colaboradores da recepção nem se esforçaram para atender este pedido, como falar com os superiores. Não estava em questão o valor a pagar mas sim tomar o pequeno almoço com um amigo que nos foi visitar. Optei por não tomar o pequeno almoço e deixar 2 lugares pagos para oferecerem a outros clientes que pudessem ter alguma visita inesperada.
