The room around the back pool was amazing, clean, the food, very taste, great breakfast with too many options. We walk less than 5 minutes to go to the beach and the shops.

− El hotel tiene cero ambiente balines, al igual que Kuta. Me recordó a los "todo incluido" de España. Mismo tipo de turistas y desayuno

Overall we had an ok stay at Wina Holiday Villa and there are some great aspects to the property. The grounds are beautifully maintained. The pool is fantastic and being able to order drinks while relaxing by the pool is fantastic. We also enjoyed the dinner menu by the pool with beautiful balinese music being played by a staff member. All staff members were helpful and friendly, including saving us mid dinner from the rain. The location of this property is excellent with a short walk to the beach and shops.

− There were several areas that let our stay down, but with some attention to the finer details the property has the potential to be excellent. The bed and pillows were not comfortable, including hearing all noises from outside. Our room was extremely dark (with lighting and during the daytime) and the air conditioner struggled to keep the room cool which was our biggest let down. This was mentioned to reception to be looked at and/or the potential for fans, but nothing was followed up. The bathroom had an unpleasent sewer smell and the shower over bath was not very practical as the shower head shoots out at eye level with not being able to lower unless you hold it by hand. Two bottles of water are provided daily in your room though at room temperature, although there is filtered water available at reception. The swim up bar was not operating during our stay and breakfast was not appealing at all. There was no lighting at night up the stairway to our room and no cutlery (apart from teaspoons) were provided in the room. A few improvements would make a significant difference to the overall experience,

Отель довольно большой, в целом нам всё понравилось: чисто, уютно, красивая территория. При заселении нам сначала дали не тот номер, который мы бронировали, поэтому пришлось немного подождать. Но потом нам показали два номера на выбор, и мы сами выбрали тот, который больше понравился — за это однозначно плюс. 👍🏻

− Из минусов — бассейн работает только до 20:00. Для нас это было неудобно: возвращались после прогулок вечером, вода ещё тёплая, хотелось искупаться, но после восьми уже нельзя. Мне кажется, хотя бы для взрослых можно было бы разрешить купаться немного дольше.
