Miscommunication got to pay breakfast fo extra pax
8.0Upon check in was told i hv to pay breakfast for extra pax even though i booked n paid extra for all with breakfast. Toilet door spoilt, cannot be open, response was fast n they changed lock. Also fix another toilet door difficult to close. Breakfast was good but we do not want to pay breakfast everyday for extra pax due to Miscommunication between agent n hotel, location was also good. Hope to hear good news from hotel.com

4.0We booked 2 rooms and 1 of the room is really smelly. Report to the front and they have the housekeeper spray some Ecolab try to clear out the smell , once they sprayed, it’s clear out but later the day smell come back, did report again and look like no one can handle or willing to exchange another room for us. Also the other room, the dryer didn’t work, a lot of wear and tears. building was old but acceptable.
