Be careful with your valuables - do not leave anything of value in your room!
4.0I stayed here four nights during a business meeting in mid November 2025 and am confident that a hotel employee, potentially one who may have serviced my room during my stay, went through my personal property and made purchases with three separate debit and credit cards of mine. I accidentally left my wallet with these debit/credit cards plus my driver's license in my laptop bag in my room for the duration of my stay; I did not need these items while staying at the hotel. This wallet was in a zippered pocket inside of a zippered pocket inside of my laptop backpack (but I took my laptop each day to the conference). The laptop backpack was in my room all day every day while I was in the conference center. My room was serviced once during my stay, the day before I checked out I believe. After returning home in another state, I started noticing charges that were not made by me. While all three banks have credited back to me the over $2,000 in charges, this incident has been a major inconvenience, of course. Lesson learned! I am normally very protective of my physical credit cards. Also important to note is that I usually carry 8 debit/credit cards in my wallet, but for the trip, I left many at home. I tried to call the hotel on several occasions, was on hold for 35 minutes and 45 minutes before I hung up each time. BE CAREFUL and leave NOTHING of value in your room. Otherwise, the hotel isn't all that bad. I've stayed here on several past occasions for meetings. The rooms are spacious, and the entertainment and dining options are fairly decent as well.
Great Hotel
10.0Stayed here for one night while we were on a road trip. The hotel is beautiful and the room was HUGE. We stayed in a premium suite and it was really fantastic. The only thing I can complain about is there were only 2 sets of towels in the bathroom and the shower us a little small for such an enormous bathroom. We went down to the casino for a little bit and it was fun. Didn't win, but it was nice and big with a large selection of games. I would not hesitate to stay here again.

6.0We were here for a wedding and it was great in the location aspect. The room was clean and comfortable, but did have a strong cleaning scent every time we walked in (better than casino smoke, I guess). Our only issue was the wifi. There isn’t great cell service in the rooms so wifi is necessary. However, the wifi wouldn’t connect for us. We asked the front desk and we were told to call the wifi customer service as it’s a third-party provider. After 17 minutes on the phone with cox customer service troubleshooting no solution was found. We were then told to ask the front desk for an access code. The front desk didn’t know what this meant and couldn’t provide one. We were credited $30 to pay for it though. Everyone was kind but ultimately a lot seemed out of their hands.

6.0The room was below average for the rate. Most disappointing was the water pressure in shower and sinks, water was hot although. Also the room had a faint musty smell, perhaps due to being all carpet and cloth drapes and furniture. Liked the security in elevator s going to all room floors.
