10.0Great location, close enough to activities and town for markets etc, but far enough for peace and quiet on the beach. Enjoyed a special occasion on the beach and two happy hours a day... you can go wrong! We took a discount food card as our stay was over two weeks.

8.0Das Personal war besonders zuvorkommend, hilfsbereit und sehr höflich. Das Frühstücksbuffet war hervorragend, für jeden was dabei, viel Auswahl, frisch zubereitet, mit viel Liebe gemacht 😊. Der Pool war schön angenehm von der Wassertemperatur her, sauber, ständig neue Strandtücher.
− Das Hotel war sehr weit (15-20 min) von dem Khao Lak Zentrum entfernt . Es gab dort halt nichts außer das Resort und ein Strand-Restaurant daneben. Kein Geldautomat, keine Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, somit war mal auf die Preise des Hotels angewiesen. Oder man führ für relativ viel Geld (ca. 800-1000 Baht Hin-und Zurück) ins Zentrum (super klein).

5.0Overall the resort is great. Facilities are okay and food options are also limited. The location is solid. It's extremely clean, quite accessible, and the staff is fantastic. Overall everyone's smiling and very helpful. This is the lowest rating I've ever given on booking.com and the reason for that is we were given a room without any hot water. After making the complaint we were told 4 times that the issue had been fixed when in fact it hadn't. Then I was promised the issue with hot water would be fixed in the morning and even when I woke up in the morning it still wasn't fixed. My issue is not with the fact that there was an issue and they were unable to fix it. The issue is largely with a miscommunication. I had to ask to get access to another room where I could have a hot shower for my kids available rather than them just sharing that with me. I had to make the request and push them.
