3.0The facility at first arrival is very nice. Nice exterior, nice facility, the rooms looked fine, beds cozy, and bathroom counters are nice.
− The details have fallen through the cracks which ruined the stay and could run the hotel over time. They did not have enough towels for everyone in our room, No pool towels, The shower had mold and would not drain, the phone did not work, there was no silverware at breakfast and all the trash cans were overflowing. It a was disappointing stay.
Delapadated facility. Would not stay again.

− Elevator did not work Tub did not drain Bathroom ceiling leaking and falling in Towel shelf came off in my face and nearly hurt my nose Room smelled of wet dog and cigarettes Pool algea so bad you would get asthma if you walked next to it Room keys quiit working Refrigerator needed defrosting Have pictures of lack of cleaning and care All these were problems with each of our 4 stays...... We really should get a refund

− We spend 325 dollars to stay in a room full of mold in the bathroom. Elevator hasn’t been serviced in years. The room had paint chipps and stains in the room ceilings as well.
