A good place to stay at reasonable cost, far less expensive than other places in the area.
9.0A nice hotel in a great location. The staff were all extremely nice and helpful. The room was very comfortable and just fine for working, which I spent several hours doing. The bathroom was nice and very clean with ample counter space. The restaurant downstairs was good and the staff there were helpful too.

Great location, a few snags
7.0The best feature of the hotel is its excellent location. It is minutes walk from the CTA and you can walk to most of the key sites. The room itself is spacious and has the amenities you expect, with brilliant views! The staff we encountered are always on hand and friendly.
− There were a few things I didn’t like about the property - the beds are very very soft and you sunk into them and the pillows were the same. This is of course personal preference but you could see the bed sag which doesn’t make for the most comfortable night. The aircon was highly effective but it was also very loud and made cranking/clicking noises every so often in the night. There’s a lot of light in the room - the blinds are split into three so you get a lot of natural light between the gaps. The bathroom also has a glass panel into the room so if you turn the light on in the night it lights up the whole bedroom! I was also disappointed to come back to the room to find my facial spray had been dropped and the lid smashed in two - this wasn’t mentioned to me but I noticed all my personal items had been reorganised and it was broken. I would have preferred to be notified as I understand accidents happen.
