6.0Basic accommodation in the Jayanagar area of Bangalore. If your expectations are low, then this place is for you. I requested a nonsmoking room that was quiet and away from the elevators. My booking was made 6 weeks in advance. Upon arriving, I was escorted to a room which smelled like walking into an ashtray. I reminded the staff that I requested a nonsmoking room, and then was placed in a room that was directly next to the elevators and located in the main stairwell. Please try to get the basic requests right, otherwise don't allow for requests. Unimpressed to say the least.

8.0Good stay and close to shopping. Some amenities in the hotel could be better - exhaust in the bathroom; more hangers in the cupboard; better pillows for a comfortable sleep; quicker service in the restaurants.
