整體表現普通
6.0房間的設備較舊，所以空調設備沒有跟房卡連結，容易忘記開空調。房內有點悶，開窗都比開空調舒適，而且床鋪棉絮很多！！！！很讓人過敏！ 屋內都是黃燈，個人不是很喜歡。 房間隔音不錯，還有更衣間，挺貼心的。服務人員的態度也是不錯。
酒店设施比较陈旧
6.0洗手间较小，存在开着门就无法使用浴缸的情况。客房设施也比较陈旧，可能已经达不到现在主流标准4星的标准。

10.0처음에 캐리어 끌고 찾아가기에는 지하철역에서 쉽지만 거리가 조금 됩니다 ㅎㅎ 鼓楼站 3번출구에서 쭉 직진하면 되는데 10분정도 걸어야하는듯해요 느리게걸으면ㅋㅋ 직원들 친절하고 방 크고 좋아요 근데 전 옛 건물에 투숙해서 욕조가 없었어요 하지만 강추합니당!!
1930年創業の老舗ホテルらしい
10.0部屋のキーとなるカードで各種電気が使える状況になりますが、エアコンは独立して付けっ放しに出来るので帰ってきて部屋が暑くなっている事は有りませんでした。地下鉄鼓楼駅よりバスで一駅でアクセスは良く。1930年創業のホテルのようで、自分の泊まった旧館も良い意味で、雰囲気があるホテルでした。ただし三階建てとはいえ、エレベーターが無いようでした。ボーイさんが運んでくれそうなので荷物が多くても大丈夫そうではあります。
中国の歴史漂う気品あるホテル
8.0高級感があるが、リーズナブルなホテル。日本語が少しできるスタッフがいてくれたらありがたい。
Good location, Minguo old property has small rooms
6.0Our Standard room was in Old Minguo building with no elevator! Room was quite small and bathroom was equally small! Apart from the location, which was near Xuanwu lake entrance, this old building room did not justify the price paid.
