− Lovely place to stay but not exceptional so the nightly room rate seems too high. Morning “breakfast bar” consisted of mediocre coffee and stale croissants. Given the cost, I expected better.

9.0Sehr gute Lage mit Sicht auf die Golden Gate Bridge vom Zimmer aus. Auf einem Fussweg kann oberhalb des Hotels die ganze Brücke gesehen werden. Das Ganze wird noch durch die Möglichkeit direkt am Meer auf einer Hafenanlage das nochmals zu sichten. Tolles Personal und sehr gutes Restaurant im Haupthaus.

Great historic property at the Golden Gate.
10.0From the moment we arrived we felt the warmth of the property. This was such an historic property. The grounds were well maintained. We stayed in a contemporary room with a Golden Gate View. It was beautiful. My daughter and her boyfriend stayed in a historic room. We all enjoyed a wonderful 4th of July weekend. We did use the Lexus car service and that was great. Shuttle service to Sausalito was another nice touch. We will be coming back to this property in the near future.
