Gute Lage, Hotel aber veraltet und abgewohnt. Für uns keine 5 Sterne wert.
4.0Die Lage des Hotels ist sehr zentral und alles ist bequem zu erreichen.
− Die Sauberkeit in der Anlage lässt zu wünschen übrig. Auf den Fluren lag der Dreck mehrere Tage und wurde nicht entfernt. Beim Frühstück entdeckten wir unter den Eckbänken Köderboxen (Mäuse oder Ratten). Auf Nachfrage wurde uns mitgeteilt, dass dies rein vorsorglich wäre. Die Zimmer sind veraltet und abgewohnt. Bei Anreise wurde uns mitgeteilt, dass das Zimmer (eine Suite) nicht über eine Klimanalage verfügt (obwohl 2 Lüftungsschächte mit Bedienelement vorhanden waren). Komischerweise funktionierte sie auf einmal nach meiner Beschwerde. Das Essen im Hotelrestaurant "Kaps" ist komplett überbewertet, das war vor der Übernahme um einiges besser. Die Fleischqualität ist für den Preis nicht gerechtfertigt.

5.0Mooi hotel met mooi uitzicht.
− Warm op de kamers. Er is geen regelbare airconditioning. Bij de poolbar was langer dan een uur geen personeel. Toen zijn we maar weg gegaan. Op het terras hadden we aan het eind van de avond contant betaald. De volgende dag werden we aangesproken dat we niet hadden betaald.
