Misguiding pictures and rude staff
2.0The picture is shown on the website is not exactly what you get. The pictures of misguiding. The rooms are smelly. The carpets are dirty. Everything is broken. The mattress is of poor quality. You’ll find dirt everywhere and the smell is so bad it gets claustrophobic. Please don’t be miscarried by the pictures.
Poor Management
2.0Bedroom was really filthy and smelly, bathroom and toilet was disgusting couldn't use it, Management were rude also most importantly you have to pay £50 deposit without even mentioning anywhere including in the booking. When challenged, the owner did not want to understand or listen, its like he done me a favour by giving the key in advance and asks me to go and get fifty pound in cash, when in the website they mentioned they don't accept cash in the hotel poor management.

2.0Bathroon/Toilet is shared. Filthy bathroom/Toilet. No housekeeping.Terrible. Outdated and broken furniture.Only positive is they allowed me to checkin after 8.00pm. Friendly reception. Breakkfast is £10 person ordred by Hotel from outside. No inhouse dining area

4.0The drainer water in shower box was clogged, so the water is coming out all to the bathroom floor, flooding around it. The room has no even a clothes handler for. I could say more but I’ll stop here.
