− The staff is un-organized during our 5-day stay our room was cleaned once after putting the sign on door and asking front desk to clean. When we took the issue to the manager instead of apologizing he pulled out a spreadsheet to go over cleaning. Very unprofessional.

− I feel a little bit scammed because I booked a reservation for three people that clearly included breakfast, but I was still asked to pay again for breakfast for one of the guests. This doesn't match what was stated in my reservation.
