Disappointed 🙁 hotel Palms suggest I book directly with them because 3rd parties false advertise.

Location was great easy to access free valet nice staff wonderful

− This is the second time I've booked with booking.com and it stated in the discrimination that the room had a balcony which is what I've wanted both times. The desk lamp did not work and it was a dirty wash cloth ij the tub. I cleaned the tub with my own bleach because if it had been cleaned properly that wouldn't had been left.

Restroom are what not clean nor bathtub area pugs on wall not working lights wouldn’t work even with them being pug up
