8.0The check in was great and easy. The house was beautiful and spacious. Everything looked clean but soon we noticed the kids feet were dirty. I found a swiffer and mopped the kitchen floor quickly and they were filthy. I reached out to the concierge and they offered to have it cleaned at our convenience the following day. All in all great house.
