Every single staff member wanted us, the guests, to understand that they had plumbing issues thats why the rooms were so
1.0Good backyard/lawn. But the grass were too long and not maintained. Dogs were not allowed on the lawn which was also pretty funny because they allow pets in the rooms but not on the outdoor lawns
− We arrived and checked in, we weren't informed about anything. We were just given the key to the room.. -When we walked in, we saw the bathroom-dirty-unflushed toilet with urine still in it and leak on the floor. The bath tub was dirty and not cleaned as shown in the photos -The bathtub was clogged so we could not use it to shower. As a resolution, they gave us a key to a different room (about 2-4 min walk around the resort) just so we can take a shower. -The sink in the "kitchen" were not clean and dirty dishes were just sitting there, as shown in the photos. -The lights in 2 of the rooms were not working so we had to keep the main light on in the main room (where I slept). -The ceiling fans in 2 of the rooms were not working so the doors had to be left open so the AC would get inside the rooms. -Electrical sockets were not working except for 2 in the entire room, so we had to take turns to charge our devices.
Unfortunately I would not return. The pools being empty was very disappointing.

− Was definitely getting run down from our previous stays. We were so excited to use the two pools and hot tub, none of which were operational. In fact, they were empty. I asked for our money back so we could go somewhere with a pool, the staff were awesome and refunded us.
