Amazing Experience starts at the Front Desk!
10.0Nicole at the front desk was outstanding. I have never stayed here before and my room was not ready so I went to the spa to wait it out. When my room was ready I entered and thought I had the wrong room because Nicole had upgraded me to a gorgeous suite with awesome mountian views. Both Nicole and Wade at the front desk made my stay amazing. They answered all my questions and helped me with room service which was amazing. I look forward to returning! thank you both! Maureen

Celebrated Anniversary and did not receive the compensation we were told by the front desk.
1.0bed was too soft and unless I slept on the edge I would roll to the middle.
− Customer Service was awful! The room was not ready upon checkin time (4 pm). We were celebrating our anniversary and usually stay at the Canyons but wanted to try this hotel since we dine every year at the Ruth Chris at this location. We requested a late check out and was denied, even though we weren't able to check in until the evening before.

Location, Luxury, Mountainside Bliss
10.0My husband and I came to Park City with our kids to celebrate our 15th wedding anniversary. The Hotel Park City went above and beyond after a very small hiccup in the beginning. From the amenities (including complimentary electric scooter rentals, rides to and from main street, the best daily room refresh, etc.) to bringing us anything we were in need of, we were so pleased! This is our second stay in a Marriott autograph collection, and I cannot recommend it enough. If you are looking for location, luxury, and fun, look no further than the Hotel Park City.
Ruth Chris amazing view and always delicious food !
10.0From the moment you walk in and all three Hostesses greet you with big smiles…you know you’re at a Ruth Chris “A” rated restaurant. Our server Gracie was a joy. Attentive service, doesn’t even come close to describe her skills !! We actually both had the Hone Glazed Salmon…delicious. Oh…did I mention the VIEW on the terrace!! Spectacular VIEW…enjoy ❤️
