Well located with convenient parking
9.0Well located Hotel with friendly staff in Madrid, just a 10min walk from plaza mayor. It has a garage, which is however quite narrow for big cars (watch out ;)). The room was comfy and clean, though not too big, we had 2 big suitcases and had no space to walk after opening them both but I guess that is expected in Madrid.
− One of the elevators was broken, which meant usually longer waiting periods. What we found odd was that staff then used the elevator instead of the staircase and then guests had to wait longer.
