− The shower sink was blocked and water was overflowing everywhere. The breakfast food quality was average . I specifically requested for an invoice during checkout and it was not given to me.

Great place for a short stay with little stuff, for sure ideal for a work trip. For a family the room is too tiny.
8.0Location is great. Canning Town is just 5 min on foot, cable car is close, even Excel is in walking distance. Breakfast was excellent, loved the pancake machine.
− The room was too small for 3 people. We could barely walk around our beds and there was no place for our luggage, and no proper wardrobe, just couple of hangers. That room would have been comfortable for 1 or max 2 people.

8.0Muy buena ubicación cerca del metro canning town, apenas a 4min andando. El personal muy amable, el desayuno completo, no es que sea maravilloso pero tienen un poco de todo(fruta, cereales, bollería, pan...) te dejan usar las instalaciones del comedor para las cenas, tienen microondas y además puedes usar platos y vasos.
− Las camas no son muy cómodas, sobre todo si cogéis sofá cama en la, habitación. Las habitaciones son pequeñas aunque si solo las quieres para pasar las noches están genial. Es un poco ruidoso pero te dan tapones para los oídos gratis, tampoco es nada exagerado puedes dormir sin ellos. Echo en falta una nevera en la habitación y un armario, que no hay, solo un pequeño colgador.

6.0De locatie was goed, het personeel was aardig en het ontbijt was goed.
− Het bed was erg smal, de badkamer was twijfelachtig (schimmel en de vloer van de douche zakte verdacht ver door). Het weinige personeel had het ook erg druk en daardoor duurde alles heel lang.
