8.0Sejour ageable, le personnel accueillant et chaleureux, tres disponible et a notre petit soins. Directeur tres a l'ecoute et a fait que tous se passe bien pendant notre sejour. Petit déjeuner très copieux.

2.0Der unterkunft entspricht gar nicht seine beschreibung in disem App. Personal des Hotels sagt, dass es Schuldigen von dem App ist. Und sie können nicht meine Buchung canceln. In die App war diese Funktion unmöglich. Ich habe da Geld und Zeit verbrachte, sie müssen erstattet werden.

6.0The issue is the bad communication with expedia which they don’t resolve the problem professionally and they are not telling the truth about offer in the hotel until we arrived and have been informed by the hotel management. So I will never use expedia a gain and advice people to double check before they travel.

2.0Ma chambre n'étais pas propre. Baignoire bouché Toilette pas propre La repas chaud etais froid. Tres déçue de mon sejour. J'ai du partir apres ma 1ere soirée la bas. Je souhaiterais un remboursement. Cordialement
