Stayed before but coach parties given preference
2.0I’ve stayed at the hotel many times before and have Best Western rewards membership but this trip was dire as preferential treatment was given to the four coach parties staying in the hotel . Coach parties are always a bad thing if your an eco traveler and single person. I booked dinner bed and breakfast and the person who was Spanish on reception was lovely but things went downhill rapidly after that . Room 329 I was given was a downgrade and my evening meal was poor and breakfast was worse as a restaurant member misgendered me . So my room upgrade was a downgrade of what I booked and a lot of bigotry from restaurant staff towards LGBTQ I+ people which is a community I belong too . Nice quirky round Bruitalist hotel but restaurant staff could do with equality and diversity training around LGBTQI+ people and they way they address people and their pronouns
Damaged car and small rooms.
2.0DO NOT USE THIS HOTEL. We got there and had to change rooms because we never had enough room for our cases. After changing rooms we were left with a room you could only get out one side of the bed. We left our brand new BYD and the parking company damaged the wing and bumper and because we didn't spot it when we got back because it was dark and raining ,they said it could have already been there. We got 3 parking tickets plus admin charges off our lease company every time, this was despite being told to leave the car outside the door because there wasn't any parking. You have been warned. Now we have to pay to correct the damaged wing and bumper.
Perfect pricing and beautiful rooms
10.0I can't thank the team enough for helping me out at the last minute. They managed to get me a room on very short notice and made what could have been a stressful situation completely hassle free. A special thanks to Milagre and Jose Rangita, who all went above and beyond to make sure everything was sorted. Their professionalism, kindness and willingness to help really stood out. It's rare to come across customer service like that these days. I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone. Thank you again!
Very bed I would not stay again
1.0Room was smali no clean towel people on front counter not helpful they ware very rude customer service not expected after paying £120 not value for mony
− Lift was not working properly was not clean
Worst Western
4.0The location
− The beds were like sleeping on naked boxsprings, and the breakfast was simply appaling in quality.
No clear route from terminal to hotel
6.0Okay for one night, very comfortable bed
− Would have expected a shuttle service due to name of hotel. When asking reception how to get from terminal to hotel was told use local bus, black cab or Uber who quoted me £38 for 1.5 mile trip!
