− Erstens, am Tag der Ankunft wurden wir am Feiertag um 7 Uhr und dann wieder um 9 Uhr morgens angerufen. Und dann haben wir eine Nachricht bekommen, wo das Personal gefragt hat, wann wir ankommen, damit sie gehen können, sonst warten sie auf uns nicht. Zweitens, das Bett war sehr unkomfortabel. Einerseits gab es zwei Einzelbetten mit einem Riss in der Mitte statt ein Doppelbett, dazu zu kleine Bettdecken. Und die Kissen waren ultra weich, sodass wir am Tag nachher starke Nackenschmerzen bekommen haben.
