− Not being told about the renovation, parking, breakfast was at another hotel a few blocks away.

9.0My room at Peppers was very comfortable and well-appointed, with elegant furnishings. Although a major renovation was under way, this was well managed and had no impact on my stay.
− Very little! Somewhere to hang towels so they dry during the day would be useful and save on laundry.
Very disappointing.
4.0− The hotel was under renovation. Had that been disclosed at the time of booking (which was only one week prior to arriving) I would not have stayed there. The front entrance to the hotel was under renovation so we had to enter through a side entrance, which caused a lot of confusion when getting taxis. We wanted to order room service at night (as we had a child and couldn't leave the room) but there wasn't any food on site because the kitchen was also under renovation.
