− Um pequeno lapso na arrumação do quarto. Não havia sabonete líquido no lavabo do banheiro, e assim permaneceu o tempo todo em que estive hospedado. Não reclamei pois tinha a opção do sabonete em barra para lavar as mãos, e pensava que no dia seguinte aquilo seria resolvido. Um pequeno detalhe.

− Foi esquecido um par de havaianas n° 44, foi entrado em contato imediatamente, mas não tive retorno. Então, voltei pessoalmente para questionar e fui informada que não foi localizado. Absurdo, ou o pessoal da limpeza precisa ser melhor treinado ou o quarto é inseguro e pessoas estranhas tem acesso.
