10.0We booked this hotel as the one we stayed in the previous night was awful! This place is awesome! The most friendly staff, very welcoming and nothing was too much trouble. The apartment we booked was huge, well appointed and incredibly comfortable. We will definitely stay here for a longer stay next time we are up this way.

6.0There was a problem with the cooker in the apartment, and they couldn’t get an electrician out, they did give us some money towards the restaurant
Comfortable but outdated
6.0Clearly a lovely building, but most of the rooms are in a separate part of the grounds. The whole thing is quite tacky and really doesn't scream luxury -- the "spa" is much more like a leisure centre. The room was spacious and comfortable, though clearly old-fashioned, and not entirely clean. The service was totally obstinate when we requested a change of dates, but quick to help when we were there. The hotel feels like it could be good for families with young children, but it is unmistakably a resort hotel, not a luxury one.

10.02 bedroom apartment, room 42, exceptional… and what a size. Great value for money … we were only a family of 4 but sleeps 6, brilliant for anyone with kids. Super clean and beds so comfortable.
