− The room was smelly and not cleaned well. The maintenance on upgrading and fixing items in the room was poor.

8.0Checked in early and had a problem with the tv not working, the guy at the front desk came right out to fix it.
− The housekeeping does need to be better. I know you have a small window of time to clean a room, but ours looked like it was never swept or vaccumed. small bugs laying in the floor dead that was never swept up. There was a lot of maintenance issues that can be done to make this a very nice place.
