5.0The bed was very nice. The size and layout of the room was nice. It was good having coffee available all day. I liked that swim towels were easily accessible at the pool
− The pillows were terrible! ugh! The pool was laughable, just a little bit longer than the one I grew up with at my house and the same width. There was no one on duty when my United flight was delayed. I phoned a couple times. The car rental place was also closed so I had to wait at the airport for 3 hours from 3am until 6 am. I'm definitely looking for an upscale stay to see if they have someone to check me in--United is the only flight coming in from my location-boo
