3.0We have stayed at the property on and off for over 20 years and have always been happy
− I will never stay here again. You could feel the springs through the mattress. Towels were not in the room, you had to go and ask at reception. I asked for an extra pillow which they said would be delivered to the room. Never arrived. TV didn't work. When I reported this no one came to fix it. The property is extremely tired.
Avoid at all cost.
2.0Avoid. Arrived at night. Paid $50 deposit. Gave me the Tv and a/con remote. But No towel. Are you joking. Had to wait till 9 pm until it arrived from the laundry.. My advice just go to Mercure - Lovely breakfast, friendly staff and rooms.
Felt very manipulated by not letting into our room until we upgraded. Will not stay again
1.0Close to denarau nd jetpoint shopping centre
− We booked a deluxeroom and was put in a very basic filthy room in the old section. Was not given towels. When we complained they offered an upgrde to poolside room at a cost of another $70FJD then did not receive any towels till 7-30 at night when we went back the 3rd time to ask for towels. So disappointed this visit.

4.0Location suited our purpose.
− 1. Check-in staff seemed overwhelmed and not welcoming; despite trying to lift their mood with conversation. 2. The deposit was a surprise - meaning there was no mention in the booking requirements; but there was a notice on the reception counter **The deposit was for potential room damages and was refundable upon check-out after their checks. 3. We checked in around 3.30pm (their required time) and there were no towels until after 10pm - we had to follow up a few times. 4. There was a notice in the room about smoking that could be better worded (less intimidating) 5. When we entered the room there was a dead cockroach, built-up dust on light fixtures- so the hotels basic duty of care was a stark contrast to their expectations of their guests :(

5.0− The room rate does not match with the quality of the room. I think it’s better to see other hotel rooms in Nadi Hotel that offer the same rate but provide more comfortable beds and room in general.
