2.0I pre-paid for two rooms for two nights. When my wife arrived she was told that BSA Tower does not rent on a short-term basis and that there were NO rooms available. They said that they didn't know that you could still reserve and pay for a room. She asked about a refund and was told they knew nothing about that. I have sent a number of emails to the manager and have received no response.

4.0The entrance for the hotel is the back of the building right beside the laundromat, not as appealing as the actual lobby in the pictures. Check in area is in a very small space, can only fit 1 guest in, no area to hang around. My parents found a cockroach on the towels in the bathroom, no soap, shampoo, conditioner. However though staff are very friendly and very helpful. Will not recommend.

4.0BSA is BS!!!! Front door is off limit for guest use. Had to use back alley door. Misleading ad showing beautiful front entrance. Try to use and guards will STOP.you from using it. I want a refund.

8.0Our stay is just ok overall. I commend the staff for they are extremely polite and helpful. The room is kind of outdated needs some upgrade. Security is great. The location is perfect.
