Worst stay experience, We left exhausted from the stay.
1.0− The beds were uncomfortable, the ac in the room was substantially loud. Sounded like it was at the brink of breaking down. No reception, wifi was useless, had to ask more than once for the extra towels and toilet paper. since we were there for multiple day stay. Room was not service the second day. We had to physically go down to get towels & toilet paper. The food at the restaurant was below average. The pool was inundated with softball teams (children & teen) and their parents during the stay unable to use the space, the halls were so loud because of the guest running around. Had to call in front desk make aware of situation. This was past quiet hours.

9.0It’s in a great location for the area…easy to get to so many different activities.
− The shower drain didn’t work so well…I was afraid I would overflow the pan while I took my shower.
