Friendly hotel in central location.
9.0This is a walkable location to historic Anchorage and Delaney Park. The staff was above and beyond, especially the breakfast staff. We met David the first morning we were there, then Sherrian served us the other 3 days. Both were friendly and attentive without being overbearing. The front desk staff was always friendly and greeted us each time we passed.
− I wish hotels could return to daily room cleaning. We were there for four nights and had our room serviced just once.

6.0Location. Staff in general were helpful, but some llacked knowledge of the local area. Humpys is not a quality restaurant... its a bar serving quick food!
− Room was not really acccesible. Had to step into the shower. For safety, accessible showers should have fitted seat to the wall, or a chair with a back to it. Shower stools are not safe. No back to them and no arms Shower floor was slippery, had to put a towel down on the floor for grip. As a result, had to shower sitting down and unable to wash properly. Not enough room to get the wheelchair to the side of the bed. Lighting was poor in the room. Needs to be improved. More attention needed when vacuuming the carpet.
