− I’ve stayed at this property twice, and the accommodation quality hasn’t improved, falling well short of a four‑star standard despite the site’s facilities. We were given an accessible room which we feel had several functional issues, a musty smell, and poor cleanliness, with cobwebs, dust, and spiders present throughout the stay. The en‑suite wet room had a lot of mould, lacked privacy, and generally felt neglected. The large resort seems focused on quantity rather than maintaining its existing units to a high standard.

Much enjoyed but for the road noise.
8.0The overall accommodation was very good, a very cute thatched building with nice lodges for larger families. The swimming pool was a definite plus to the overall stay. We knew the area well so it was chosen for location to the places we wished to visit.
− Sadly not knowing the accommodation layout prior to arriving we were given a room which faced the main road. Although initially we felt this was not an issue we soon found out that this 'A' road is extremely busy and the noise was very noticeable at all times of the night ............ I felt like I was sleeping beside the M25 especially when the motorcycles were whizzing by !! We were obviously out during the day so it did not disturb but we were disappointed that this issue was not evident when we booked. The rooms at the rear of the property would not have suffered this road noise and if we were to book again we would definitely request a room at the rear.
