6.0Staff was more interested in their phones and personal conversations at both check in and check out. When new people come into your business attention should be on them not conversations and gossip with other staff members.

2.0Started off bad. Couldn't get in the room. Gave us new cards. Still couldn't get in. Attendant came and couldn't get in. Gave us the room next to it. Room felt and looked dirty. Slept on top of the bedding. Limited TV. Kept buffering. Gym was in behind the laundry with dirty laundry on the floor. Supposed to have breakfast. Were lucky to make a couple waffles and there was one comtainer of yogurt.
