4.0Structurally filthy especially in bathroom. Why are there wood boards around the top of the shower? Rusty, shakey towel rack. Stains on walls in bathroom, moldy. Dust, dirt behind clock on bedside table and also TV. Cushion seat at window stained No charger access at bedside table. Blood stains on comforter.

8.0Map on computer made it difficult to find. Friendly staff, clean but picture on computer fancier than actual room. Several areas out of service. For our one night stay, we were pleased, but there could be some improvements.
