8.0The room, service and pool area were fine but the complimentary breakfast was very weak. There was zero hot food served, there was bagels but no bread for toast, there was only 2 juices to choose from and the oj was bitter and the milk for the cereal was warm. A couple went out and brought McDonald’s back.

10.0Check in was smooth, despite the fact that Expedia failed to notify us or them that we were arriving. Apparently the hotel was recently changed ownership cpurchasedbSpark.

6.0I booked this hotel even though it was much more expensive than other hotels because it showed pictures of a hot tub when I couldn’t find it I went to the front desk and the manager said those were old pictures they filled in the hot tub! Very disappointed the room was new and the bed was comfortable. We were staying on the first floor and at 5:30am the breakfast worker was talking very loudly with the front desk person and I couldn’t get back to sleep. The breakfast was as mentioned in other reviews bagels, muffins and cereal nothing else. I would not stay again.

8.0The location was good. It was easy access to I10 and to town. The only complaint I have was the a/c in the room would not go below 78 and so it was very hot at night.
