4.0The locationa dn price were good. What I didn't like is that my wife is very sensitive to smoke and we could smell smoke in the hall ways and as the doors don't seal well it comes into the room. One other thing as we left the door thru the front entrance was locked and we couldn't get out, not sure why and didn't have to check the back door as someone just happened to come in the front and let us out.
