− Nao gostei dos armarios, estavam todos inchados pelo passo do tempo e agua, o aquecedor quebrou, ainda o tecnico falo que era para nao mexer mas eles nao tinham nenhuma placa avisando isso, nao tinha sabao liquido, nao tinha acondicionador, shampoo, coisas basicas de um quarto luxury, eu paguei a diaria mais cara pq achei que seria a mais bonita. O sofa todo manchado, o ar do quarto nao funcionava direito, ele desligava do nada, achei mto abandonadas as instalacoes do Hotel, nao parecia um Hotel, a piscina estava suja, mds, e so fui 1 dia kk

1.0Nada! Não tem nada de positivo nesse hotel. Absolutamente, nada!
− Deveria ter dado atenção e crédito aos comentários aqui da plataforma. Hotel super antigo, sem manutenção alguma. Café da manhã horroroso. Limpeza precária! Lençóis e toalhas de motel de beira de estrada. Quando penso no valor que paguei por isso, chega a ser revoltante!

All minors under 18 years of age also need to present a valid ID with photo, to prove their identity and that of his/her parents. This must be presented even if a minor is accompanied by his/her parents.
The pool will be under maintenance every Monday. We emphasize that the contracted daily rate covers a 24-hour period, with check in from 2:00 PM and check-out by 12:00 PM. The interval of up to 3 hours between guest departure and arrival is provided for in MTur Ordinance No. 28 and is intended exclusively for cleaning, sanitization, and tidying of the unit, ensuring the maintenance of our standard of excellence.Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.
