4.0The work out room was clean and not in high demand. Water available along with towels.
− Hallways were dirty, tile flooring by elevator constantly wet from pool goers, shower had little water pressure, toilet was extremely difficult to flush, toilet paper holder was broken leaning toward floor, had to adjust it after using, and door to room difficult to close as deadbolt would pop out upon opening and take several tries of jarring door handle up to disengage.

8.0− I thought there was continental breakfast included, but there wasn't. That was disappointing especially considering the cost.
My day was very comfortable through my sleep was restful
10.0The customer service was outstanding. My check-in concierge was fantastic. Help me out with a little issue got it handled friendly and obviously a hotel with honesty and integrity.
