10.0I like the customer services when we arrived too the hotel. Ms. Tiffany was amazing and we appreciate all she did to make our stay wonderful, and Keem was very helpful in our needs. We had a wonderful experience.

Poor Cusotmer Service & Bed Bugs

− The staff was not friendly when we first checked in.. the rooms were not ready for all of our family could not check in until 5 when the check in said 3 and when questioned about check in time the lady said she didn’t have time for questions and didn’t have to deal with it because it wasn’t her shift anyway. Once we checked in and checked beds we found bed bugs. And instead of manager compensating us we have to jump through hoops for compensation and having deal with such conditions.
Horrible experience
4.0Location was good for a softball tournament
− No pool , front lady was very rude just short and not very nice, then in the morning I could hear everything Next Door horrible not something you wanna wake up listening to I had a child with me

− I had very little hot water. the last day was just cold water. not real happy, but I was leaving, so a mood point.
