not accommodating & pool was ICE COLD
6.0− Requested close rooms/conjoined & they replied saying they could accommodate that but when we arrived they said they could not. I dont understand why they would say yes before they knew if they could. Also indoor pool was ICE cold.
It was perfect for our travel needs, clean and comfortable and close to our venue.
7.0The staff was so friendly and accommodating to our needs. The rooms were comfortable and very clean.
− There was no microwave in the room and with my reservation, it mentioned free breakfast although I didn't see any free breakfast offered. Also, the walls very a little thin (noise).

Terrible experience, will not go back to another Marriott Hotel
1.0The location was good
− We were stuck in elevator for 25 min. Went to room, Tv did not work. Moved to a different room w no hot water. Was given complimentary breakfast and dinner that we were not able to use. Was told the bar opened at 5. We waited to have a drink before leaving for the event and when we went to bar at 5:10 magically they couldn’t serve alcohol on that friday. Horrible stay and unconcerned staff
