5.0Lovely old building . Had a great Size bedroom
− Needed a bathmat in the bath with overhead shower and it was very slippy. Breakfast great but mainMenu could have been decidedly better .were with family there were 8 of us for a celebration. Although menu required in advance no real effort made to help us celebrate. Very basic meal. Table sticky so much so that all our napkins were left after the meal stuck to the table. Some effort could be made to supply tablemats and actually lay the table ,we had to get our own cutlery too

9.0Location is perfect for visiting sights from Hastings up to Tonbridge Wells. Food (breakfast and dinner) was great! Perfect service from the whole team 👌 Looking forward to coming back next year.
Comfortable room, quiet location and helpful staff.
8.0The staff were outstanding. It was a very hot night and our room on the top floor was unbearable. The lady serving breakfast the next morning and the housekeeping staff moved us down a floor and we had a much better second night, thanks to them.
− Nothing we didn't like but on ordering a spritzer I had to ask for fruit and mint to be added, as described, and I got half of it a little grudgingly.
If staying in room 16 bring ear plugs. Shame, as a lovely stay .
7.0Large room and en suite. Lovely and cool in the hot weather. Great shower.
− The noise from guests above. The floorboards made so much noise when the guests walked on them. Woke myself and husband up and no fault of the guests above.
